After many years, journeys and miles with Miss Liz , a Hanse 400, she was sadly sold earlier this year. As I write we are waiting for Miss Liz II to arrive, a Hanse 505. Delivery expected June 2014.
So, then what? Extensive sea trials, training of crew, then off to the Caribbean, St. Lucia, with the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers on November 23rd. So this blog will follow the Grand Journey. From launch, the fun of training, to Plymouth, the Bay of Biscay, Spain, Portugal, The Canaries.....and eventually the Caribbean.
